The current situation (context)

The public relations space is one of the fastest changing sectors of professional service. It is stretched by advances in communications technology and the competition that  is creating with new media agencies and from convergance from the advertising and promotions space on one side and manage, ment consultants on the other.

The change you would like to see (challenge)

How you might go about bringing that change (solution)

Measures of success (evaluation)
