Problem

You want to promote curiosity in your learners and allow them the freedom to explore and discover through independent activity yet you also want to bring your learners together to engage in shared conversation and activity.

Context

Good instructional design should allow for independence and autonomy with minimal guidance. Scaffolding peer interaction is also important

Solution

Create a cycle of activities that diverge and then allow convergence.
